Douglas S. Reintgen, MD, FACS

Dr. Reintgen is a Board Certified surgical oncologist and Professor of Surgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. In addition, he serves as Director of Cancer Initiatives at USF.

Dr. Reintgen is a graduate of Duke University  Medical School, where he completed his Residency in general surgery. He served as Program Leader for the Cutaneous Oncology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center, and was part of a clinical research team that developed the lymphatic mapping technique for patients with melanoma and breast cancer.

Dr. Reintgen has received numerous awards, including "Best Cancer Doctor for Women" from Good Housekeeping Magazine and "Best Doctor in America" from Woodward White, Inc.
